">Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of our automation software solutions for clients in the finance industry. You will be responsible for identifying client workflow requirements, processes, and software needs, developing action plans with internal and external stakeholders, project managing implementation and integration, and delivering engaging training sessions.

  • Work closely with clients to collect data, migrate to new systems, and ensure smooth transitions
Requirements:
