Key Responsibilities
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our distribution centre by effectively managing day-to-day operations.
  • Drive the delivery of exceptional customer service by fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Fulfill all orders accurately and maintain up-to-date inventory levels.
  • Manage individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) within agreed parameters.
  • Develop and implement a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and Chain of Responsibility (COR).
About You
  • Proven leadership experience in a distribution centre, warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Strong understanding of WHS policies and compliance requirements.
  • A hands-on approach with a willingness to perform physical tasks as required.
  • A strong focus on customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Requirements
  • Full Australian work rights.
  • A valid LF Forklift Licence.
  • High Reach Forklift experience.
