Distribution Centre Operations Manager

This is a leadership position responsible for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse team. As a Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will be driving exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence.
You will oversee site logistics, ensuring seamless coordination with sales, customer service, planning, and manufacturing. You will also drive a high-performing culture across the distribution centre and champion continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have experience in warehouse and transport operations, proven success in delivering change, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and WMS/TMS systems.
This role involves leading investigations and resolution for customer complaints and safety incidents, collaborating on inventory accuracy efforts, and conducting regular team briefings.
About You- At least 3 years' experience in warehouse and transport operations.
- Proven track record of delivering change and improvements in a logistics environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and WMS/TMS systems.
