Job Description:

As a seasoned operations expert, you will be responsible for leading our warehouse and distribution centre teams to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in fostering a proactive culture with safety as a top priority, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of supervisors across different shifts to drive performance and provide front-line operational support
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse and distribution centre
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and grow business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing warehouse and distribution centres with excellent operational outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics and cold chain operations
  • Ability to lead and influence a diverse team in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with effective P&L management
