Job Description

Oversee the delivery of a large-scale, multi-stage apartment and commercial project in a prominent location.

Take charge of the project from inception, establishing your own team to drive success.

  • Direct high-rise new build projects from initial stages.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other relevant parties to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on-site.
  • Lead a fun yet hardworking team environment.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise new build projects exceeding $100M.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
