Leading High-Rise New Build Projects

We are seeking a Senior Project Leader to oversee the delivery of a multi-stage and multi-year apartment and mixed-use commercial project.
- Lead and manage high-rise new build projects from inception.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
- Maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise new build projects $100M+.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
