Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our multi-stage and multi-year apartment and mixed-use project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage high-rise new build projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
  • Maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise new build projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
