As a seasoned expert in site management, you will play a pivotal role in driving success on a major high-rise project. As a Finishing Foreman, you will oversee site inductions, manage sub-contractors, and monitor their performance daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site inductions for staff and sub-contractors
  • Effectively manage sub-contractors to ensure they fulfill their roles and responsibilities
  • Monitor performance daily in regards to safety, quality, and programme
  • Report any deficiencies to the Site Manager
  • Assist the Site Manager in commissioning and handover of the project
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and provided to the Project Manager
  • Manage cost control for certain aspects of the project

To be successful in this role, you will require a trade background, demonstrable experience as a finishes foreman on highrise projects, and proven experience of effectively managing a team including sub-contractors in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.
