Job Title

A Senior Project Manager is required to lead high-rise new build projects from inception. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage high-rise new build projects from inception.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
  • Maintain the team culture.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise new build projects $100M+.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
