This is a key role with national coverage, leading high-rise new build projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee the management of multi-stage and multi-year apartment and mixed-use commercial projects based on the Gold Coast.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise new build projects.
