Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events to align with business objectives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team documentation, including product backlogs, action trackers, and release calendars
  • Assist with internal communications, presentations, and stakeholder updates to keep the team informed and aligned
  • Gather and collate feedback from stakeholders and users to inform product development and improvement
  • Support the upkeep of help content and internal knowledge base to ensure accessible information for users
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive updates to provide visibility into product performance and progress
Requirements
