Job Title: Production Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team.

  • Key responsibilities include creating and scheduling job orders for efficient operations, ensuring machine utilisation is maximised, and production lead-times are kept to a minimum with orders delivered within the required timeframe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting sales orders to production orders and scheduling through various resources to ensure maximum efficiency. They will also monitor production, update order status in the system, and ensure daily, weekly and future schedules are up to date.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning/scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in implementing and maintaining a production line environment.
  • Proven negotiating and influencing skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Well-developed skills across the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Familiarity with SAP enterprise resource planning software (desirable).
