We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Operations Coordinator to support our Agile Release Train operations and drive successful program delivery across enterprise initiatives.

As the Enterprise Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth ART operation. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to support program readiness, reporting, logistics, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Readiness & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document program readiness requirements. Identify dependencies on technology platforms and IT readiness needs.
  • Program Assurance & Reporting: Assist in collecting and maintaining program artifacts. Collect and submit data for CFO, PSR, and PMO reports.
  • Financial Forecasting: Support monthly financial forecast modeling to keep the program on track.
  • Team Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding for new team members, ensuring all checklist items are completed.
  • ART Metrics & Reporting: Track and report ART metrics in collaboration with the RTE.
  • PI Planning & Event Logistics: Organize logistics for PI Planning, including room bookings and team activities.
  • Administrative & Facilitation Support: Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and managing documentation.
  • RAIDD Management: Help identify, track, and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions (RAIDDs) across the ART.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Agile environments, preferably within a SAFe framework.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
