who can bridge the gap between technical delivery and strategic priorities, shaping the future direction of our ERP platform.
In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor across the business - driving transformation, ensuring our architecture enables product innovation, and keeping delivery teams aligned with strategic goals.
What you'll be doing…
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture within the Strategy & Governance team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and ERP product direction
- Lead the creation of actionable roadmaps to support transformation programs across our ERP Products
- Apply your
vendor-side ERP expertise
to design architectures that work seamlessly across product lines - Partner with teams across TechnologyOne to ensure architecture supports business outcomes and accelerates ERP product evolution
- Take a hands-on role in Proof of Concept (POC) work, mentoring, and innovation-focused ERP product design
- Share knowledge and build capability through training, enablement, and coaching
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the enterprise architecture practice at TechnologyOne
Your Talents…
- Significant vendor-side ERP product experience
, ideally in an enterprise software environment - Proven track record in enterprise software development and architecture for SaaS solutions
- TechnologyOne product knowledge highly regarded
- Experience architecting, engineering, and delivering reusable business frameworks/software components for ERP products
- Ability to define and lead enterprise architecture initiatives that align product strategy with customer needs
- Strong technical understanding of cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through change and mentor others
- Strong conceptual thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, and performance
