Job Summary

As a Licensing Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and maintaining licenses, certificates, and authorities across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of applications for licenses, authorisations, certificates, and renewals, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Document and escalate applications as necessary, guaranteeing adherence to policy guidelines.
  • Remain up-to-date with procedural changes, standards, and legislation to provide consistent, accurate decisions and responses to customers.
  • Perform operational tasks within delegated authority levels to support team operations.
  • Maintain accurate records in databases and adhere to service delivery systems.
  • Educate customers on their rights, responsibilities, and available services to promote compliance.
  • Review complex matters and refer or escalate them to relevant business areas when required.
