Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Essential Criteria:
  • Registration: Current Registered Nurse Division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Selection Criteria:
  • Relevant clinical management and leadership experience and/or qualifications or willingness to complete.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills and ability to motivate, manage, and develop nursing staff in a changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate resolutions and manage conflict.
  • Demonstrated excellent and effective interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and manage change.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture, articulate and achieve a vision for Community Nursing services.
  • Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
  • Current Driver's Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes.
