Warehouse Team Member Job Description

The role of Warehouse Team Member involves ensuring efficient store warehouse activities, receiving and dispatching stock, providing excellent customer service, maintaining records, participating in stock takes, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive goods from suppliers, unload, and store safely
  2. Provide great customer service to customers picking up orders
  3. Maintain records and invoices
  4. Participate in regular stock takes
  5. Facility maintenance and layout to ensure a safe warehouse environment
