Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Parts & Logistics Coordinator for a position in Brisbane, Queensland. If you're a proactive, flexible and experienced professional with a drive to succeed, you're the type of person we would like to welcome onboard.

Your role

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure that you maintain regulatory compliance for Aeronautical products, Safety for dangerous goods within area of responsibility and hazardous items packed and transported from /into the store.
  • Responsible safety and compliance with the Store Persons area of responsibility.
  • Maintain stock & MIS integrity and Stock control through accurate data interfacing with Maintenance Inventory systems, compliant stock segregation and storage and receipt inspection for incoming aeronautical parts & tooling
  • Support to immediate engineering teams for equipment/aeronautical products required for maintenance tasks
  • Adherence to additional safety /security related regulations such as/ but not limited to: NHVR COR regulations, Known consignor regulations, airport security, group policies and EAR/ITAR regulations
The essential requirements
  • Experience within a Stores or 3PL logistics environment
  • Experience within aviation engineering environment.
  • Ability to follow supervisory direction;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Consistent positive and proactive attitude;
  • Passion for safe work practices;
  • Valid work visa;
  • Red ASIC card (or ability to obtain); and,
  • Current Australian licences to operate vehicles/machines.
