We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will execute supply chain support to ISS programmes, satisfying demands made in support of client requests under contract.

The role involves maintaining inventory management systems, including initiating cataloguing of new inventory items. You will assess sourcing requirements by liaising with stakeholders based on supplied estimates and market experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory management systems and initiate cataloguing of new inventory items.
  • Assess sourcing requirements by liaising with stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with key suppliers and manage lead times.
  • Provide input to supply support reporting requirements.
  • Manage issues with goods/services through supplier corrective action process.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of supply support business processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience within supply support or logistics.
  • A formal qualification in a trade or logistics management would be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of asset management standards, systems, and processes.
  • Knowledge of supply support management, planning and scheduling.
  • Experience with supply chain management and part interpretation.
