
Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a professional and experienced logistics specialist to play a key role in our branch teams. As a vital member of the team, you will build strong relationships with customers through high standards of sales and service in a customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Coordinate and manage deliveries efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure a safe work environment by demonstrating safe work and driving behaviours at all times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient solutions to their needs.
- Build strong customer bonds, establishing long-term relationships and fostering loyalty.
- Deliver parts & products safely to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships.
- Actively promote products & marketing activities when delivering products, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Assist the team with other tasks as required, such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, and responding to customer enquiries.
- A proactive person who can multitask and prioritise deliveries based on urgency, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Strong customer service mindset, able to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, with excellent communication skills.
- Comfort working independently, with minimal supervision.
- Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
- Current/valid driver's licence (manual preferred), with previous experience operating vehicles in a similar capacity.
- Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment is desirable.
