  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal staff and administrative systems.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and deploy hardware and software within the organization's environments.
  • Perform and administer all support requests for Windows and Mac based Operating Systems in a timely manner.
  • Offer excellent customer service through communication and actions.
  • Installs, assembles, and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoots problems with computer systems both Windows and Mac, both hardware and software, email, network, and peripheral equipment problems.
  • Acts as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment and data.
  • Staffs a centralized IT Support Desk to facilitate exchange of information and advice.
  • Implements solutions or notifies outsource providers as required.
  • Proactively suggests and recommends hardware and software acquisition recommendations.
  • Proficiency in the creation and documenting of processes and procedures.
  • Reviews procedures, policies, and technology; suggests change not just acceptance.
  • Assists with and/or takes the lead in providing in-house application and procedure training.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and choices by gathering and reviewing metrics.
  • Promptly resolves equipment issues through efficient troubleshooting and proper escalation.
  • Documents procedures, tasks, and repetitive requests.
  • Assists with network setup and configuration.
  • Works closely with network engineers and operations staff.
  • Responsible for compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • May require travel and out-of-hours support.">
