We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Leader to drive the development and execution of a comprehensive remote support strategy for our next-generation robotic medical device platform.
Job Description:
- Provide expert technical guidance to healthcare providers and internal field teams, ensuring seamless support delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain scalable workflows for issue triage, escalation, and resolution processes, driving efficiency and quality in remote support operations.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, prevent recurring issues, and optimize key performance metrics such as resolution time and first-call fix rate.
- Prioritize and implement tools for remote diagnostics and predictive service delivery, staying at the forefront of industry innovations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical, or related field.
- 5+ years in medical device service and support with capital equipment.
- Proven track record of leading/scaling remote support teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with FDA and ISO 13485 quality management standards.
