Job Title: Senior Workplace Relations Lawyer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled workplace relations lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment law and the ability to manage complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on Australian employment law and manage complex cases
  • Build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies

Requirements:

  • 8+ years PQE with a solid knowledge of Australian employment law
  • Experience with Fair Work Commission and Federal Court processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Job Description:
