Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting employment agreements, contracts, enterprise bargaining, and contractor agreements.
  • Advising on discrimination, harassment, bullying, employee entitlements, and providing strategic workplace relations advice.
  • Handling employment-related disputes, post-employment restraints, and leading client workshops on general OH&S matters.
Requirements:

We seek candidates with 5+ years of experience in workplace relations/employment law, strong drafting skills, and commercial mindset. Ideal background includes reputable employment law practices or mid/top-tier law firms.
