Job Opportunity

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Client Service Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, client renewals, and communication with team, clients, and suppliers.
  • Respond to queries from clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders via phone calls and emails.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all external clients, internal staff, and broking staff at all times.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of invoices and reconciliation procedures.
  • Apply ethical and professional standards in all circumstances to uphold our reputation and brand.
  • Deliver operational and process changes for efficient client delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong computer knowledge and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent telephone manner and relationship management skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience in a corporate environment or insurance industry.
  • Good problem-solving skills to respond to client enquiries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
  • Adaptability to work in a high-volume, high-paced environment.
