  • Contribute to implementing a competency management system
  • Support strategic skills development across the organization
  • Consult with supervisors and managers on their skills development needs
  • Coordinate and administer training bookings and enrolments
  • Sourcing of training programs and providers
  • Monitoring progress of employees in learning programs
  • Quality assurance of and feedback from learning programs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a training coordination/learning and development role in a VET, corporate or manufacturing setting
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and learning management systems
  • Problem solving with the initiative to identify, recommend and implement improvements
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills
