Job Description

As an Expert Therapeutic Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in representing our products and services to a defined customer base within a specific geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving and growing ongoing sales targets in assigned territory by fostering strong relationships with Health Care Professionals.
  • Promoting the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals through expert knowledge and market interpretation.
  • Developing, adapting, and growing business plans for your territory and communicating required actions to achieve goals.
  • Utilizing data analysis skills to develop in-depth market insights and inform business decisions.
  • Cultivating emotional intelligence and patient-centric approach when problem-solving to drive results.
  • Fostering collaboration across functions to achieve company objectives.
  • Maintaining individual and team performance standards while effectively networking with key stakeholders.
  • Completing administrative tasks efficiently, including updating customer databases and expense management.
  • Meeting competency requirements for the role and contributing to professional growth.

You will be a driven collaborator with a deep motivation to succeed and a curiosity for innovation. Your extensive experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales (>7 years) and key account management (>5 years) will enable you to serve as a technical expert, educating and influencing key physicians to drive business growth.
