Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Educator to develop, implement, and evaluate education programs that enhance the clinical competence of staff in a dynamic perioperative environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualifications or relevant clinical experience in an acute care facility. You will work collaboratively with nursing teams to ensure equitable educational support and resources are accessible to all staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering evidence-based education programs using innovative strategies, tools, and approaches.
  • Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate education portfolios/programs.
  • Conducting regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of education programs and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Providing educational support and resources to enhance the clinical competence of staff.
