**Job Title:** Field Training And Capability Manager

**Overview**

This role is a key position in shaping the future of our workforce. As a senior professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive competency frameworks and establishing clear training standards against technical competencies.

The successful candidate will lead a team of specialists dedicated to delivering Certificate III and IV in Telecommunications, as well as bespoke NBN technical content. They will ensure that training programs are aligned with industry standards and meet the evolving needs of our organisation.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in developing competency frameworks and establishing training standards. You should have a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality training programs, particularly in the telecommunications sector.

Your expertise includes managing the delivery of Certificate III and IV in Telecommunications and creating customized NBN technical content. You should be passionate about continuous improvement and committed to fostering a culture of excellence within your team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality training programs, particularly in telecommunications.
  • Expertise in delivering Certificate III and IV in Telecommunications and creating customized NBN technical content.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills; ability to deliver results under tight deadlines with a focus on customer value and operational success.
