About This Role

This is a key opportunity to join our team and contribute to the establishment of a competency framework for the Nuclear-Powered Submarine program. The role will involve reviewing existing frameworks, identifying gaps, and developing new ones that meet the requirements of this high-profile project.

The ideal candidate will have experience in defining and implementing competency frameworks, as well as managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a competency framework for the Nuclear-Powered Submarine program
  • Review and update existing frameworks to ensure they meet the needs of the program
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address any gaps in the framework
  • Manage the development and implementation of career pathways and job descriptions

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in defining and implementing competency frameworks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
