  • We are seeking an experienced Reservation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality group, you will be responsible for managing reservations and event enquiries across multiple venues.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in reservations, events, or hospitality sales, ideally in multi-venue environments. You will also possess excellent communication skills, a warm and professional presence, and the ability to lead a team.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Manage reservations and event enquiries across multiple venues.
  • Develop and drive sales targets, report on performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to deliver consistent, high-level guest service.
  • Liaise with venue management teams to ensure smooth event execution and optimal guest experiences.
  • Maintain and manage booking systems and guest databases, focusing on group bookings.
  • Manage Groups/Events and Corporate portfolios.

  • Proven experience in reservations, events, or hospitality sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A warm and professional presence.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Sales-focused, target-driven, and highly organized.
