Senior Digital Experience Lead

We are seeking an experienced UX and Conversion Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, analyzing data, and developing strategic solutions to drive business growth.
This role involves working closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end conversion rate optimization programs that meet client goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include defining problems, creating hypothesis based on existing data, writing test concepts, and preparing client-facing documents.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator, able to work autonomously, and have a passion for delivering high-quality work. They will also be located in or around Brisbane (ideal) or other key cities.
