About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in New South Wales.

  • Develop a portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring their needs are met and relationships flourish
  • Gain a deep understanding of each customer's business, preferences and goals
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline
  • Champion new product launches and keep customers informed
  • Serve as the first point of contact for sales leads within your territory
Your Day-to-Day

You will work closely with retailers, designers, builders and corporate clients across your region to identify new projects, secure specifications and tenders, and help clients find the right flooring solutions for their needs.

You will enjoy autonomy, support, and the tools needed to succeed.

About You
  • Experience in Sales, Architecture, construction or a related field
  • Passionate about sales with a collaborative spirit
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Adaptable and solutions-focused
  • Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools to support your work
