Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking for a challenging role in data migration? We are seeking a skilled SAP Data Migration Manager to lead our data migration projects.

Job Overview
  • As a SAP Data Migration Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end data migration projects from legacy systems to SAP platforms. This includes defining data migration strategy, architecture, and conversion test cycles.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement data mapping, transformation, and validation processes using data migration toolset such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, BAPI, LTMC or others like Syniti ADM.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and mitigate risks associated with data migration, maintaining data quality and governance standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading E2E SAP data migration projects, with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules and associated data migration tools across greenfield, brownfield or SDT migrations.
  • Proficiency in SAP Data Services, LSMW, LTMC, and other 3rd party ETL tools for data mapping, transformation, and validation.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management with experience using MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
