Job Description :

We are seeking Data Migration Testing Specialists to join our team. The role involves testing and validating data migration processes from old systems to new systems. You will collaborate with data and technical teams to ensure accurate and correct data transfer.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Understand and analyze source and target data
  2. Assist with mapping and transforming data for migration
  3. Support data cleansing activities prior to migration
  4. Test and validate migrated data
  5. Check data quality and consistency
  6. Reconcile data between old and new systems
  7. Report issues or mismatches during testing
  8. Document test results and assist with fixes
Key Skills Required :
  • Good knowledge of data migration and data testing
  • Experience with SQL and database understanding
  • Knowledge of ELT / ETL processes
  • Experience in data quality checks and reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
