Senior Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Migration Specialist to lead the development and execution of our SAP data migration strategy from ECC to S/4HANA. This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and readiness of master data throughout the ERP transformation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing master data in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, with a proven track record in data migration, cleansing, and validation for ERP implementations. They will also be familiar with SDT tools, SAP MDG, ETL tools, and data governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the SDT-based data migration strategy.
  • Establish and enforce robust data governance policies and frameworks.
  • Drive data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and validation activities.
  • Define mapping and transformation rules for master data and open transactions.
  • Collaborate with business units, SI partners, and SDT tool providers to ensure alignment and readiness.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive experience managing master data in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
  • Proven track record in data migration, cleansing, and validation for ERP implementations.
  • Familiarity with SDT tools, SAP MDG, ETL tools, and data governance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP data objects across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
