Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling collections received through our CRM system, liaising with clients to pack equipment on site for pick up, and coordinating deliveries via the despatch register into calendars.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once. You will also need to be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule all collections received through the CRM system
  • Liaise with clients to pack equipment on site for pick up
  • Liaise with couriers or onsite staff to pick up collections
  • Liaise with security and docks for building access
  • Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely arrival of collections
  • Schedule deliveries via the despatch register into calendars
  • Manage driver collection/pick up schedule
  • Take incoming customer calls and provide appropriate solutions
  • Supply and update collections paperwork to couriers, drivers and upload completed records into CRM
  • Support the warehouse receiving staff in the identification of incoming equipment
  • Resolving issues with freight and couriers

Requirements For Success:

  • A knowledge of couriers is highly desirable
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
