Senior HR Business Partner Opportunity

Role Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner will partner with business leaders across Manufacturing, Operations and Commercial to deliver strategic HR outcomes. As a trusted advisor, the role will support organisational design, transformation, talent management, and change programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the HR operational plan for designated client groups.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Lead and support organisational design projects across different levels of the organisation.
  • Deploy global change management initiatives and drive local adoption.
  • Guide leaders in implementing engagement and development action plans.
  • Manage annual HR cycle processes (performance, promotions, compensation, and talent reviews).
  • Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

7+ years' HR management experience in global organisations (HRBP, OD, or HR Consultant roles). Expertise in organisational design, change management, and talent development. Degree qualified in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills. Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • English language fluency; additional APAC languages desirable.
  • Own transport required with flexibility to work across multiple sites.
