At SCC we invest in our employees and have an exciting newly created position for an Organisational Development Specialist. The OD Specialist is responsible for creating and supporting the use of fit-for-purpose tools, strategies, and frameworks to boost SCC's culture, capacity and capability, and for providing accurate and timely information to key stakeholders.

You'll be joining a new OD team where some of your early projects will include managing the implementation of a new onboarding and staff induction experience, embedding our new capability framework and supporting our front-line leaders to improve the engagement and retention of their teams.

We work flexibly with 3 days each week in the office or on site and our remaining time at home.

You'll fit right in if you have:

- Experience leading and/or supporting the design and/or implementation of organisation-wide talent, performance, engagement, and capability initiatives, with demonstrated capability uplift outcomes
- 3 years organisational development experience
- Proven ability to maintain a growth mindset, acknowledge criticism, encourage critical thinking and gather feedback when faced with ambiguity and/or a need for change
- Ability to produce high quality work which contains data analysis, along with relevant, impactful and realistic recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build collaborative relationships, adapt messaging for different audiences, and liaise with others in a simple and relatable manner, and
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, set priorities, manage multiple projects ensuring deliverables are appropriately scoped and delivered on time

An understanding of the Aged Care, Health Care or Not-For-Profit environment and experience with designing and delivering learning modules both face to face and on-line, would make this role that little bit easier.

You'll also have relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Organisational Development / Organisational Psychology / Education, or a related discipline.
