About the Role

As an OSHC Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service, supporting local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage OSHC services
  • Create engaging programs using industry-leading tools
  • Mentor and develop your team of educators
  • Rostering and compliance document management

About You

We are seeking an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. Key requirements include:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Previous experience in childcare/OSHC industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification
  • Valid Employee Working with Children's Check and willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid and National Criminal History Check
