Job Overview

The Residential Centre Assistant is a casual role that supports residents to reintegrate into the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet key accountabilities and focus capabilities described in the Casual Residential Centre Assistant role description.
  • Support individual case plans and maintain residents' records.
  • Mentor, support and assist residents to develop living skills for independent living in the community.
  • Transport residents to and from external venues.
  • Resolve critical situations relating to the health and wellbeing of residents.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Current Driver's Licence and preparedness to drive a motor vehicle as part of the role.
  • Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one within 3 months of commencing employment.
