The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Technology team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, supporting business applications, and managing devices and network equipment across our global operations.
With a predominantly Microsoft-based environment, you'll work with cutting-edge solutions such as Microsoft 365, Teams (including Teams Calling), Meraki and UniFi network devices, and Twilio communication services. This is a hands-on role where your technical know-how, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused mindset will directly support the productivity and success of King Living's people across all locations.
The Role
- Provide responsive technical support to staff onsite and remotely, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows-based devices, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security within Microsoft 365.
- Configure and maintain Meraki and UniFi network equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Support the rollout and operation of Teams Calling and Twilio integrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues across multiple locations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and technical resolutions.
- Contribute to IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
- Assist with endpoint management, patching, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes, tools, and user experience.
- Promote technology best practices and security awareness to staff.
About You
- Experienced in providing IT support in a business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint).
- Proficient in Windows OS and Active Directory.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
- Hands-on experience with Meraki or UniFi networking solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving with a customer-first approach.
- Experience with VoIP systems (Microsoft Teams Calling and/or Twilio) desirable.
- Knowledge of Intune, device management platforms, or ITIL frameworks is a plus.
- Strong communicator, able to explain technical issues in plain language.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
