About Our Support Work

We are seeking part-time & casual support workers to join our flexible supports team in Maitland. The ideal candidate will be directly responsible for the day-to-day support, personal care, and personal development of our customers.

You will provide a range of community living services to assist people with a disability to be actively involved in their local community, valued, respected, and engaged in meaningful opportunities and relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide daily assistance and personal care to customers
  • Assist customers with domestic duties in a respectful way
  • Support customers with manual handling tasks
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills
Key Requirements
  • Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • The ability to work varying shifts throughout the week
  • A current first aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
  • The ability to meet the physical demands of the role
