Transformation Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead transformation initiatives across our Operations Division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in project management and business process optimization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding initiatives through our transformation lifecycle, tracking progress using established dashboards, and enforcing cadence for gate reviews. They will also contribute to the development of our transformation roadmap by defining executable initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing transformation initiatives that drive measurable value
  • Tracking initiative progress and enforcing cadence for gate reviews
  • Contributing to the development of the transformation roadmap
  • Synthesizing data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Supporting the transition of initiatives into accountable delivery within line operations
  • Maintaining up-to-date entries in our transformation tracking system

The ideal candidate will possess high analytical acumen, stakeholder management skills, and experience with defining or delivering initiatives in operational environments. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is also highly desirable.
