Healthcare Transformation Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions that improve the lives of patients and shape the future of healthcare.

  • Developing digital strategies for system managers and health services/providers.
  • Implementing future state operating models for business units and functions to align with strategic goals, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
  • Conducting options analysis', detailed business case development, and funding submissions for local, state, and federal departments and providers.
  • Managing technology-enabled transformational change that improves day-to-day lives of providers and patients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Digital Health and Digital Transformation.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project management certification.
  • Experience leading and delivering digital transformations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
