Job Title: Site Operations Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced site operations specialist who can support the successful delivery of transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved and timelines are met.
  • Apply technical specifications, drawings, and standards to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and take corrective action as necessary to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics to minimize delays and costs.
  • Assist with preparation of inspection reports, quality documentation, and as-built records to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular progress updates and support cost control efforts to ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and supervisors to resolve technical issues and improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within transportation projects or major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction specifications and QA processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Construction White Card.
  • Valid driver's license.
