Role Overview

Vinci is a global leader in specialist engineering, delivering world-class solutions in remediation and structural repair. We are seeking a Scaffolding Site Supervisor to oversee the planning and delivery of scaffolding and access systems for complex remedial works.

About the Position

As our Scaffolding Site Supervisor, you will coordinate site crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and play a key role in supporting remedial works on bridges, buildings, marine structures, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily scaffolding operations, fostering a strong safety-first culture.
  • Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding in line with engineering designs and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate access solutions to support remedial works such as concrete repairs, steel repairs, and protective coatings.
  • Mentor scaffold crews and subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Plan labour, plant, equipment, and materials for project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise closely with Project Engineers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
