**Warehouse and Site Coordinator Role Overview:**

The primary objective of a Warehouse and Site Coordinator is to oversee daily site operations, ensuring seamless performance and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Coordinate warehouse activities to optimize productivity.
  • Support the Warehouse Service Desk to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage reception services, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with facilities and WHS initiatives to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Handle general site maintenance tasks to prevent disruptions.

To excel in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, high-level interpersonal and communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in warehouse systems, data entry, and general office software is also essential, as well as the ability to perform physical activities related to the role, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
