  • Ensuring optimal performance and longevity of assets, plant, and equipment through proactive maintenance and lifecycle planning
  • Leading compliance efforts across essential services and risk management, aligned with industry standards
  • Collaborating with property managers to oversee expenditure and financial planning
  • Procuring and negotiating service contracts, managing tenders and RFPs with precision
  • Delivering accurate expenditure and performance reports for monthly and quarterly updates
  • Upholding OH&S standards through regular audits and legislative compliance reviews
