Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to join our team.

As a Field Engineer, you will provide critical support to the front-line execution of drilling, completion, and workover scopes of work.

  • Develop and review well programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide operational support for minor rig and rigless activities, including on-call duties.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to participate in well design and planning workshops, peer reviews, and onsite technical assurance.
  • Represent the organization at operating sites, interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead contractor operations teams, driving continuous improvement through optimization projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain well programs, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on operational matters, ensuring safe and efficient execution of works.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering (Petroleum or related field).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
